I had so much fun re-designing this room - the existing blue wall was much paler and so I changed it to a warmer blue which looks much more inviting and friendly. The cool contrast color of apple green with the warm blues makes the room look really modern and fun - just perfect for the cool funky little boy who lives there!

Amber's (initials A.L) room looks so adorable - it's inspired by the beautiful fabrics designed by Amy Butler. The stand out piece of the room is the amazing quilt and sham set which I had custom made - the second photo shows the beautiful colors of the patchwork quilt and how they compliment each other. I think I can say I have finally completed my son's room - Archie is now 7 months old. I do however believe, much to much husbands dismay, that you are always adding and changing around things in your childrens rooms because how can one resist all the new gorgeous decorative chuchka's around town? Not me! My favourite piece is the wooden alphabet frieze which sits above his cot - he can recite the alphabet every morning!

And this is a collage of the finished room - filled with soft pinks, melon and hints of orange - such a cute color combination if I do say so myself! My favourite part of the room is the blossom decal which really gives a plain wall an enchanting feel. I hope you enjoy your room Sisi as I enjoyed creating it for you.
